  The Sugar Loaf Bakery
  Born in 2003 out of the necessity to supply our customers with a fresh produce the Sugar Loaf Bakery was created.

Having spent the pervious five years concentrating on our gourmet range of Sandwiches, Panini, Pots & Salads, Café Togo decided to bring the same ethos and enthusiasm to our Bakery range. An ethos that is based around freshness, quality and taste.

So in March 2003, we hired a top pastry chef. Helen and her team then spent time, and still do creating the perfect range of mouth watering Muffins, Homemade Scones and Chewy Flapjacks to name but a few.

Back then and still to this day, at the Sugar Loaf Bakery we only use the best in Irish ingredients including Free-Range Eggs & Pure Irish Butter. We also source some of the finest ingredients from around the world including the Finest Spices from the Seychelles & China, Plump Organic Sultanas and Dark Belgian Chocolate. We do not add any artificial colours or preservatives to our products and where possible we endeavor to use products free from any preservatives and additives.
